Delivery Policy for the online shop

The fish are vacuum packed and labelled and placed into an insulated coolbox with ice packs. This will keep the fish at a constant temperature for a minimum of 24 hours. It is then sent by Next Day Delivery Courier to anywhere in mainland Britain.

The fish is fresh and cool when it reaches you. It is ready to eat or you can freeze it.
